fence with one entry and exit.
All materials, fixtures and fittings are of the highest quality and close
site supervision of the workforce ensures good finishes throughout. |

In addition to a reliable water supply from our own borehole, every house
has a rainwater collection facility from the roof to provide free additional
water for irrigation and all houses are fitted with solar hot water heating
as standard to keep electricity bills low. |
