Superior Homes (Kenya) Ltd is a real estate development incorporated in Kenya. A carefully assembled team of local and international staff, consultants and advisors, all of whom have substantial construction experience and expertise in large scale developments in Africa, were given the remit to design a stunning development to break the mould and yet remain affordable. They succeeded.

The Directors insisted that Greenpark would be sustainable over the long term and every buyer signs up to a set of rules to ensure that there will be none of the urban decay that has blighted other housing estates in Nairobi. The Residents Association will ensure that rules are adhered to and that Greenpark enjoys the routine maintenance necessary to maintain its beauty.
